This is so good and leaves me full all morning! Ingredients: 4 tablespoon quick oats 4 tablespoon almond milk 1 tablespoon chia seed 1 egg 1 scoop protein powder Coconut oil Directions: Mix and pour into pan.  Cook until golden brown both sides.
