Flourless Protein Pancakes

This is so good and leaves me full all morning!

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoon quick oats
  • 4 tablespoon almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • Coconut oil

Directions:

  • Mix and pour into pan.  Cook until golden brown both sides.
  • Spread some coconut oil on both pancakes.  Top with some fruit.
