I love my 6 minute abs routine. I lead this with my climbing friends twice a week. You need your core in everything you do, but it’s hard to put in the time. 6 minutes is all you need if you also clean up your diet.
If it gets too easy, just do it twice! Or three times! Or add weights. Or do it suspended from air (TRX)…ya know how it goes.
This circuit below consists of 3 rounds of 4 minutes each of jumps, abs, lock offs and supermans. Great training for climbing but also just strength in general!
