Sweet Potato Banana Protein Pancakes

I needed a good food recipe that I can carry with me on the go, especially if I was out all day and had no access to a fridge.  This was super simple!


  • 2 bananas
  • 1 medium size sweet potato
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder


  1.  I mixed them all in a bowl with a hand-held mixer.
  2.  Spray pan with some oil (or otherwise the pancakes will stick)
  3. Cook for a few minutes until brown and flip over!
