I needed a good food recipe that I can carry with me on the go, especially if I was out all day and had no access to a fridge. This was super simple!
- 2 bananas
- 1 medium size sweet potato
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup vanilla whey protein powder
- I mixed them all in a bowl with a hand-held mixer.
- Spray pan with some oil (or otherwise the pancakes will stick)
- Cook for a few minutes until brown and flip over!
