Shrimp Tacos with Avocados

Low carb, tasty and easy!!!

Ingredients:

  • 2 small jalapeno peppers, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • Cilantro
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lime juice
  • Chili pepper
  • Bag of frozen shrimp (cooked or uncooked is fine)
  • Ripe Avocados, cut up

Directions:

  • I eyeball the amount of ingredients depending on how much shrimp I wanted to make.
  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Add shrimp.  Marinate for at least 30 minutes
  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Bake for 15 minutes
  • Serve with low carb tortilla and avocado
  • Add cheese of your choice for tacos!
