Smoked Salmon Egg Avocado Breakfast

This recipe is awesome and easy! Avocado is full of fiber and good carbs to have!


  • 2 avocados
  • 4 oz smoked salmon
  • 4 eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili Flakes


  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.
  2. Cut in half the avocados and scoop out the large seed.
  3. Put in smoked salmon inside each hole of each halved avocado.
  4. Crack 4 eggs in a bowl while keeping yolk in tact.
  5. Scoop each yolk onto each half of the avocado.
  6. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
