This recipe is awesome and easy! Avocado is full of fiber and good carbs to have!
- 2 avocados
- 4 oz smoked salmon
- 4 eggs
- Chili Flakes
- Preheat oven to 425 F.
- Cut in half the avocados and scoop out the large seed.
- Put in smoked salmon inside each hole of each halved avocado.
- Crack 4 eggs in a bowl while keeping yolk in tact.
- Scoop each yolk onto each half of the avocado.
- Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
