Low carb Gluten Free Healthy Pumpkin Custard


  • 1 Can (15 oz) pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon stevia

Preheat on 350.

Mixed in a bowl together.  Bake in custard cups for 45 minutes.

Top with whipped cream and fruit as desired.


Total: 874 calories, 40g of carbs

I made 12 little custards, so that’s 72 calories each and 3g of carbs per custard.  (Without the toppings).
