5 ingredient Peanut Butter Protein cookies

Super easy!  Great for my post-workout snacks!


1 Cup Peanut Butter (I use completely all natural peanut butter with no sugar in it)

1 scoop whey protein (mine has 25g per scoop)

1 egg

1 tsp stevia

1 tablespoon almond milk


Grease your pan.  Mix all ingredients up and put them on baking tray in whatever shape you like.

Preheat on 180 and bake for 10-12 minutes.



Per batch:

1700 Calories per batch

56g of carbs

95g of protein

133.5g of fat

I made 14 cookies.

Each cookie: 121 calories, 6g of protein, 4g of carbs
