Low Carb Simple Delicious Brownies

WOW! These taste like regular brownies and came out really gooey, which is awesome.

  • 1 cup natural almond or peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. Stevia or 1/4 cup xylitol
  • Dark chocolate chips on top

Preheat oven to 350.  Mixed it all together.  I line my pans with aluminum foil.

Bake 17-20 minutes.  Gooey and tasty!

160 Calories, 13.5 grams Fat, 7 Total Carbs, 2.5 grams Fiber, 4.5 Net Carbs, 6 grams Protein
