Keto Peanut Butter Cups

KILLED IT.  It ruled.  Tasted great! I had to do a stick of butter but next time, maybe less.

  • 1 stick unsalted butter
  • 1 oz / cube unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 teaspoon xylitol
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 5 tablespoons peanut butter

Mixed the chocolate with butter in microwave.  Stir together until melted.

Add xylitol and mix.

Add heavy cream and peanut butter.

Pour into tins and freeze for 20 minutes.  Enjoy!

The whole batch was 24g of carbs.  So 8 cups is about 3g of carbs each.
