Keto Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwiches

This was the easiest recipe ever! Honestly, it wasn’t bad at all.  You get use to having low carb bread and accepting it doesn’t taste all fluffy in the same way as regular bread.

Plus, these were basically finger size sandwiches (depending on what kind of mug you use!)

1 large egg

3 tablespoons almond flour

1 tablespoon coconut flour

1 tablespoon butter

1/2 tsp baking powder

 

Mix all ingredients into a mug.  Microwave for 2 minutes.

TA DA!!
